Another week of firsts

 My friend Lisa and I decided to take Isabella and Mia to the zoo last week!!! It was Mia's first trip to the zoo and I can honestly say I don't think she cared!! :)

It was a nice afternoon and the zoo was packed! Apparently Lisa and I weren't the only ones with the great idea to go to the zoo. Isabella was SUPER excited about all the monkeys and Mia pretty much just lounged in her stroller all day and cat napped off and on! Isabella becomes more and more interested in Baby Mia. She tries very hard to pick her up and hold her. When Mia was crying at lunch Isabella "Sshhed" her.  I told Isabella if only that worked!! :)

Another first was Rice cereal!! Yippee!! Something for Mia to eat besides milk.  Mia has become more and more interested in what Lou and I are eating as she watches us eat dinner. So I figured why not give it a try and she LOVED it. I think she is going to be quite the eater....

I am pretty sure we just skipped Spring weather and went straight to Summer. We are having high 80 and 90 degree weather in Denver. Mia and I headed to the pool to see what she thought and she enjoyed it! We didn't stay long because she started to get hungry, but when we were done I loaded her up, put her in the stroller and she passed out!
