Bucket List Item #1.....Check!

Mia and I decided to check off an item on our Fall Bucket List the other day. FINALLY, we are having some Fall weather here in Denver.  No more 90-100 degree weather...we are enjoying the 60-70 degree weather. We decided it would be a perfect time to make some apple scented cloud dough!

 

Mia was SO EXCITED to help! She pulled her stool up to the counter and couldn't wait to get her hands dirty! I am pretty sure I could have just given her a big bowl of flour to play with and she would have been content.

While Mia was busy playing with the flour, I mashed up two pieces of sidewalk chalk and we added it to the flour

At this point in time I think we had more flour on the counter and floor than we did in the bowl, but oh well! 

We added our Apple Pie Spice to make our cloud dough smell like apples! We added a little oil and rolled it into a ball! Ta-Dah Apple scented Cloud Dough

After all the work and mess, Mia wasn't really that into the cloud dough. It is very crumbly and doesn't really roll into a ball as well as play-doh.  At least she had fun playing in the bowl of flour!

Eli was busy chewing on his teether while we were making our cloud dough!
