Life with a Baby!

Lou and I are quickly learning that life with a baby has its ups and downs! The last two days Miss Mia has been a little bit fussy, not really wanting to sleep and wanting to eat every 1.5 hours! Which makes my life a little difficult....I am the type of person who gets up every morning and showers, gets dressed and ready for the day. I must admit until today I had not showered in 3 days!! YIKES!! That is a lifetime for me, at least sometimes I still get up and get dressed, but other days I must admit I stay in my pj's all day as does Mia :)

Mia might at times push our buttons and test our patience but then she gives you one of her little smiles and it doesn't matter anymore that I have to get up and feed her every 1.5 hours! And yes I know that she is not smiling at us on purpose but it still melts your heart to see her little smile.

I got brave and took Mia with me to Target the other day to print out pictures by myself and of course she had a complete meltdown in the store...people were staring at me like I was the worse Mom ever....so if you can imagine, I am carrying Mia all curled up on my chest and dragging my cart around the store. I am sure I looked like a crazy lady but oh well!! I got what I needed and then got the hell out of there!! It might be awhile before Mia and I venture back to the store without Lou in tow with us.
