I was able to convince Lou to attend the County Fair this year! I have been wanting to go for several years and we have never made it. Once I found out the fair was free I was even more excited. So we packed up the kids one evening and headed over to check out the animals.
Mia was not impressed with the barn smell and managed to keep her nose plugged the whole time; However she did LOVE seeing all of the animals!

The best part of the Fair was being able to take a ride on Skittles the pony!
After a slice of pizza and a funnel cake the kids were tired and we headed home. Next year hopefully they will be big enough to partake in a few fair rides :)

How much fun...their first pony ride. Maybe next year my summer visit needs to be during the fair....stinky barns and fair food....gotta love that stuff. xoxo Grandma
