Miss Mia has changed quite a bit in the last month! Her personality gets stronger and stronger each day and I am DEFINITELY sure at this point that she is going to be a stubborn little girl:)

In the last month or so Mia has learned to walk! She started out just taking a step here and there and now she can take about 20 + steps before she crashes and burns. She loves to walk and follow us around the house before she will eventually drop down and crawl because she realizes she can still crawl faster than she can walk. I don't think it will be long before she is running around the house.

Mia now has 8 teeth, she has cut three teeth in the last month. She likes to use her new chompers to crunch up her crackers. Mia also LOVES to feed Ivy! She will purposely drop her food off her highchair for Ivy. So Ivy now goes outside during feeding time!

Mia can now sign two signs. She has been signing "all done" for several months and just recently we have added the "night-night" sign. She is pretty good about telling us when she is ready to go to bed. When she is tired is really the only time she gets cranky and she will start pulling hair and pinching your face when she is ready for bed. If you ask if she is ready for night night she will sign "night-night" and it is off to bed for her.

Mia becomes more and more curious everyday, she doesn't miss a thing. She hears the airplanes fly over the house and she will stop what she is doing and whisper something that sounds a lot like "what's that." Anytime she hears something she will stop and listen and you can see she is trying to figure out what it is.

Mia's love for Ivy still continues. She looks for her every morning when she gets up, she talks to her through the sliding glass door when she is outside and she uses Ivy as her step stool to get up on the couch. Miss Ivy will let Mia do anything to her. Ivy lets her climb all over her, Mia will go and lay with Ivy in her dog bed and Ivy doesn't care. Mia will lay on the floor and pet Ivy and sometimes poke her in the eyeballs! Ivy is a great pet for Mia!
