Merry Christmas

We packed up the entire house and headed to the airport on Christmas Eve, what were we thinking?? Really we had four suitcases, three carry-ons, two adults, one baby and a partridge in a pear tree.  Damn I am pretty sure we looked like the Griswold's walking through the airport!

We parked super close to the airport, we had so much stuff we couldn't even take a stroller so we put Mia in the Ergo pack, I was pulling one suitcase, carrying her and a carry on all the while my pants are falling down, Lou is pulling two suitcases with two duffel bags....GEEZ!!  Had I had a free hand I would have snapped a picture of our ridiculousness!! Thankfully everything went well and we made it without any problems.

Anne and Chris picked us up, loaded everything into the truck and we headed to Dad's house for a Martini Christmas Eve!! Let me just stressed how much Lou and I both needed a drink by the time we got there!! Mia was in her Christmas jammies and put to bed so that Santa could come and visit her for the first time!

Christmas morning we all woke up and opened presents, Mia did pretty well! She helped her Daddy open his present and sat on Grandpa's lap and helped him with his stocking!

After Grandpa's House we headed over to Anne and Chris' house to watch Hayden and Ivy open their presents and to see Grandma and Grandpa Hollen.  All three of us were definitely spoiled this year!

We then proceeded to pack up and head to our third Christmas of the day!! We went over to the Elliott's house and visited with Great Grandpa and Great Grandma Elliott.  Mia was starting to get overstimulated since she didn't really get a nap all day so after a few hours we went home to Grandpa Parfitts to unwind and get ready for bed.  Overall it was a great day but very busy!

Monday we headed to West Virginia to meet sweet Sophia! I had been DYING to meet her and Lou and I both were able to get in a few snuggles.  Neither of us remember Mia being that tiny and Sophia is a whole pound bigger than Mia was!

Monday evening we had Christmas with the Blaziers and enjoyed some delicious homemade soup.  Mia had a great time playing with her Aunt Callie.

The rest of the week we tried to relax and enjoy some family time together.  We hope everyone had a great Christmas and Holiday Season.
