NEW CAR!!!!

Thanks to our amazing accountant (who also happens to be my dad so I might be a little biased!) we received a nice tax return! In return we were able to pay off all debt and instead of rejoicing in a debt free life for awhile what do we do?? We go and buy a new car!!!

Honestly Lou has needed a new car since before we got together....he drives a beat up two door 1997 Toyota Tacoma, but in his defense that is his baby, but I HATE that truck! It is tiny, two seats that you aren't even able to recline, it is a stick shift which I can't drive, has no cruise control....I think you are getting my point!



So we went car shopping this weekend and FINALLY we found an amazing deal on a practically new car. I had to twist Lou's arm a little to get him to spend more money then he wanted to, but in the end we bought a car which is perfect. It has nothing wrong with it and had everything we wanted but leather and a sunroof!! The only downfall is we have a car payment again, but I must admit I would rather have a car payment then have to travel in the truck :)

So you are probably wondering, what did we get him??? We got a silver 2009 Jeep Commander.....it has sharp black interior, third row seats, and is super roomy. And guess what?? I can lay my seat all the way back when we are traveling on our 24 hour journeys to Ohio!!! I am needless to say, SUPER EXCITED!!





So Lou and I will be traveling to St. Louis next weekend in the new Jeep! We are both excited to try out the new car on a long car trip :) Hope everyone is having a fantastic weekend! :)
