Favorite Activities: Pushing his buggy, Cruising, Laughing and being tickled 

Eli is ONE! Where did the year go? We have been very blessed this past year to be ale to watch Eli grow and learn.  This last month, Eli has learned so many new "tricks."  He can point at things, play peek a boo, he can sign; night night and all done, he has taken his first steps, he added his 7th tooth, he waves bye bye, shakes his head no, dances, blows kisses and the best trick of all is he gives big sloppy kisses!! 

Eli remains a happy baby who is a joy to be around.  He always has a smile on his face and he loves to flirt and be bashful which in return gets him even more attention.  Our little baby is very sensitive!  His feelings get hurt very quickly when he is told no, he will lay his head down on the floor and cry.  He also tends to get embarrassed and he will lay his head down and hide his eyes. 

His favorite toy is a cup! He has always enjoying playing with plastic cups and to this day he can entertain himself for quite sometime with just a cup! He also loves to play with the magna doodle, he will scribble on it but most of all he likes to just hold the pen.  Eli loves to talk on the phone! He will hold things up to his ear and say hello! Eli can get ornery and when he does, he likes to bite your toes! Our little boy is also quite the climber! I am impressed with his climbing abilities. He can climb onto the couch or the bed downstairs, he seems to be fearless! 

We believe that Eli is close to walking, he has taken his first couple of steps and he pushes his buggy all over the house. He can stand up and stay there for awhile before he panics and drops to his knees. I am thinking by Christmas we will have a walker.

Eli wears 12 month clothes, size 4 diapers, takes 2 naps and sleeps from 6 pm to 6am. We are done with bottles and drink from a sippy cup now. We are weaning off of formula and on to milk, but honestly Eli is not too happy about it!

P.S. Even though this post is a month late, I did take these pictures right after his birthday.  He had a cold and was not interested in having his picture taken; therefore most of the pictures turned out like this!!
