Eli in the last week and a half has figured out how to climb up the stairs! He likes to follow Mia up the stairs like a big boy. Eli constantly wants to stand up and cruise, he would rather be standing than sitting. He pulls himself up on anything and everything. Eli desperately wants to move, Lou and I can tell he wants to walk. He watches Mia and you can just see how bad he wants to run and play with her.
Currently we still only have two teeth, but Eli's top two teeth are so close you can see them about to pop through. Apparently Eli teethes in twos! So much for one tooth at a time!
Our baby boy continues to be one of the happiest babies, he is constantly smiling and laughing and he has a new found love of dancing! He will bop up and down when he hears music and he loves it when Mia dances with him.
Eli is very curious and will crawl around the house and touch and feel anything he can get his hands on and of course everything still goes into his mouth.
Eli wears 9 month clothes, size four diapers, naps twice a day and goes to bed between 6-6:30 and sleeps until 6:30-7am.
I cannot believe how much he looks like you Kate when you were little....the same shape face....it's amazing that he has changed how he looks so much since he was tiny. I loved visiting and spending time with him, and yes, he is a happy boy. Look out Mia when Eli learns to walk!! xoxo Grandma
