Polar Express Santa Train

Last Saturday we packed up and headed to Canon City with our friends the Pergeaus' to take the girls on the Polar Express Santa train! Granted Miss Mia has no clue who Santa is or what Christmas is all about, the train was still well worth the trip.  Isabella was SUPER excited to ride a choo-choo train and to top it off meet Santa!

It was a very cute trip, the train was decorated inside with icicle lights and presents, they passed out sugar cookies and hot cocoa and all the little kids were in their Christmas Jammie's.  We let Mia try a sugar cookie and wow did she LOVE it; she also then proceeded to bounce off the walls :) They played Christmas music as we rode the train to the North Pole to pick up Santa.  We had a special little elf named Snowflake that played games with the kids during the ride and on the way back Santa stopped and talked to every kid and gave them all a bell just like the Polar Express.

Lisa and I think we might have to make this a yearly tradition!
