Mia is becoming quite the big girl this last month! She now has 4 teeth and is working on two more! She is constantly standing, she hardly ever sits still anymore....she is either cruising the furniture or crawling around the house.  She has a few new tricks, I taught her how to "give five" which is really cute and she dances to music now.  We tend to listen to quite a bit of music in our house and Mia will "bop" up and down when she hears it!

I have been very concerned about Mia's eating habits, which pretty much are none existent.  She is TOO BUSY to eat! She would rather be exploring than eating, she will pick at her food and occasionally eat a bottle.  The doctor said she will probably just be a light eater and to try more table food. So we have tried eggs which she proceeded to spit out of her mouth or throw off her tray! Pancakes she took a few bites, her grilled cheese she sucked the cheese off and then spit the bread out! She is definitely stubborn! We did discover that she enjoys good ole Mac and Cheese!

The last month Mia has become more and more vocal, she says "momma" to everything.  She is starting to work on dada and she continuously jabbers all day long.  You would think she is telling you a very long and animated story, which she probably is, I just don't understand it :)

Mia also has become quite the little "helper"  I put the folded laundry in the basket and she takes it out of the basket! Same goes for when I pack the suitcase, I put the clothes in only to find that she has taken them out!

A few times now Miss Mia has walked with her walker without our assistance, but then she gets frightened and drops to the ground to crawl.  Lou and I seem to think that she will be walking by Christmas, but I guess you never know!  Also this month Mia received her first haircut! Her bangs have been hanging in her eyes for weeks now and Lou and I finally trimmed her bangs, yes they look a little bit ridiculous but it was much needed.
