Summer Guest Number 4, Grammy Hollen!!

We were lucky enough to have my Mom come and stay with us for two weeks! What a help she was, she cleaned the house, did our laundry, helped me rearrange the house and babysat Mia for two weeks, so we didn't have to pay a babysitter!

Jeff came with Mom for the first week and they spent part of the week in Fort Collins with Jeff's brother.  We joined them in Ft. Collins on the Fourth of July for lunch and some outdoor music! Unfortunately I think Mom has the pictures of Mia in her fourth of July outfit, so I can't post any!! The second part of the week, they watched Mia while I worked and they took her to the zoo one day and the Butterfly Pavilion the next day! Mia came home from the zoo with a Curious George book and a stuffed elephant!! I don't think she is spoiled at all :) Jeff had to head home and go back to work so Mom stayed for the second week by herself!

The second week we just hang out, went to the pool one day which Mia loves the water!  Then one night was girls night and Mom and I headed out to Canvas and Cocktails and did a little painting while having a glass or two of wine.It was nice to have someone around while Lou was at work all day...I got caught up on some much needed sleep!

We are pretty sure Grammy was ready to go home and catch up on her sleep! Taking care of a baby all day is hard work!!


Thanks for everything Mom, we appreciate everything you did for Lou and I and of course all the love that you gave Mia!
